Howard E. Mintz Jr, President
Howard has a 26 year commercial construction background. Prior to starting his own company in 2005, Howard honed his working knowledge as a Project Manager for other established construction companies, as well as estimating projects.
David Hyatt, V.P. Sales & Marketing
David has 15 years of sales and marketing experience in commercial product distribution. He develops and implements our strategic business plan, working to have Mintz & Company become the sought after resource for commercial interior construction.
Gary Lewis, Chief Estimator
Gary has over 30 years experience in commercial and residential construction. He uses the latest computer generated estimating software for take offs, pricing and bidding of projects.
John Basnight, Project Manager (Chesapeake VA)
John has 20 years of experience in various fields of the commercial construction industry and operations management. As our Certified Safety Coordinator, John is responsible for developing and maintaining strong integrated safety programs within our company.
Steve Byas, Project Manager (Western NC & South Carolina)
Steve has over 20 years experience in residential and commercial building, to include project management, estimating and product distribution.
Steven “Logan” Langley, Estimator
Logan joins the Mintz team as a recent graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management. During college he worked as an assistant estimator for a commercial metal stud/drywall contractor.
We have incorporated a group of well-experienced professionals who focus on quality workmanship, safety and customer satisfaction.
